If you, or I, want to borrow money from the Small Business Administration, we would have to have a viable business plan.  We could not just state we need the money, or I won’t be able to sell bagels tomorrow, or keep my one employee.  The SBA does not care about that, they want facts and a plan.

None of the top banks came forth with a business plan.  None of the Auto makers have come forth with a business plan.  Yet, the banks got billions of dollars.  The auto makers will probably get their 25 billion dollar bailout money, too.

First thing the banks did with the free money is get larger by buying out other banks.  How did that help the millions of home owners?  It didn’t!  What the money is being used for is to muscle out the other smaller banks.  The big banks are now offering higher returns on their CDs, Savings, and Checking.  They are doing this with borrowed tax money.  Ms. Bair, head of the FDIC, stated during the debate on the 700 billion dollar bailout, that 98 % of US banks were fully capitalized.  In short, they did not need to beg for any government bailout loan.  However, those 98% healthy banks are now being pressured with unfair competition generated by the 2% greedy banks that received huge amounts of our money.  Did you want that tax money used for that?  Did you?  Do you really think that with 98% of the banks being healthy that we needed the 2% of the greedy ill managed banks to be salvaged?  I think not.  What would have happened is the 98% of the well managed healthy banks would have quickly absorbed the hole left by the demise of the 2% greedy banks.  And America and its people would have been far better off for it.

Instead, Wells Fargo received $25 billion, then spent $5 billion to buyout Wachovia.  Chase Morgan used their new found windfall to buyout Washington Mutual.  Now Chase Morgan is a trillion dollar company! The same greed that got these banks in trouble is being demonstrated by their illegal use of the tax loan monies.  Home owners are still not being helped!!! 

Back to the beginning.  Where are the business plans?  Terror tactics were used against the American public to avoid common sense lending practices, in order to give these megalithic companies cheap mega loans.  The credit markets will dry up.  The World will end.  It was ridiculus.  Well, the World did not come to an end, but the credit market dried up anyway.  Why, because the billions of dollars in tax loan money was not used to add liquidity back into the credit market.  Instead, it is being used to make these megalithic companies more dominant in the market place.

What is the answer.  Stop giving away money to start.  Demand a business plan.  Break-up the megalithic banks and other companies that are so large that they bring down everybody around them when they are ill managed.  A free market system can no longer function when one, or a small group of megalithic companies dominate a particular market, or markets.  The Anti-Trust Law must be enforced, or improved to cover this new trend toward “Oligonomy”.  That’s right, ”Oligonomy”.  A term that should be used to identify a small group of megalithic companies that monopolize a market, or markets.

Unfortunately, President Elect Obama bought into the hoopla, and supported the bailout along with Nancy Pelosi.  The Democrats had their moment to represent the average American voter, intsead they put their support toward the big business politics they were put into power to change.  So the change President Elect Obama talked about must be whats left in our pockets, because I saw no other change when Obama had a chance to make a change.

The two party system is corrupt, will remain corrupt, because Americans are made to feel they are wasting their vote to vote anything except Republican, or Democrat.  Now the flood gate of corruption has opened up.   Those in both parties are approving bailouts to their future employers.  There is a reason why there is over 30,000 lobyists in Washington DC.  Lobyists that are made up of past elected and appointed government officials.

Treasury Secretary Paulson is giving money out for no reason what so ever.  This is power that should have never been given. There are no loan applications being processed.  No business plan to critique.  No oversight. Nothing.  Just his ole chums telling him what they want with no processing what so ever.  This is rampant corruption.  Not only should the executives of these companies be made to step down and be held accountable for their dishonesty and bad management, but standard common sense business practices should be mandated for these companies to have any consideration for a bailout.  Otherwise, what is stopping these people from continuing with the same policies.  Especially when they faced no punishment for their erroneous ways.

The NO DOC lending practice has not vanished.  Now the same bad business practices performed by these bailout beggers, is being practiced by our own government.

We have had mega-maniacs throughout history that prove it repeatedly (Nero, Tamerlane, Ghengis Khan, Napolean, Hitler, Stalin, Tito….).  Of course these were leaders of countries and empires, but power can corrupt absolutely for those in less influencial positions.

You’ve exeperienced it on the job, trying to get service, or from our elected officials.  Some bosses wield the concept of firing like a hammer to rule your life at work.  Credit card companies apply fees through arbitrary changes in their agreements, just to squeeze more profit from us.

The ignoring of the enforcement of our anti-trust laws by the Republicans and Democrats, while large companies merge with other large companies morphing into megalitic market controling entities, has given absolute power to such businesses.

Every market now has a handful of players controling our lives through their unimpeded dominance.  Megalithic companies got their position through capitalistic concepts, but their achieved size and power now cripples free enterprise in our Country.

It is time to stop this power corrupting trend before there is nothing left to salvage.  I call these new megalithic market controling entities, “Oligonomies”.  There is no free market when an “Oligonomy” is formed.  There is only manipulation by the powers within the Oligonomy.

If President Elect Obama is really for change, he will immediately go after these Oligonomies by revising our Anti-Trust Laws to deal with this menace to free market concept and individual freedoms.  Only an elected government should hold power over a country’s populace, not corporations.

These Oligonomies have turned the United States Of America into the United Corporations Of America.  The time has come to make a stand against such blatant elitism and break up these companies to a size less threatening to all our freedoms.

I do not see the Two Party Status Quo being the ones to accomplish this, but hopefully President Elect Obama will prove me wrong.  America has little time left to be put back on track and recover.

Its time to put oil under a Public Utility Commission style of regulation.  In California, a State that has its own oil fields and refineries, Californians pay more for gasoline and fuel oil than States that have no such resources!

The oil capitalists will argue it can not be done.  Oil is a International commodity.  That regulation of any kind is anti-capitalism.  That they have a right to make the money they are stealing from us legally.  I say it is a GREED DEFENSE.  Most of the Domestic Oil Fields are on Federal and State property, both land and sea.  A company like Exxon, became a megalithic international company through developing Federal Government leased oil fields.  Now that they are in 27 countries, the oil executives of Exxon have no allegiance to America – it is all about greed.

In fact, Exxon has publically stated it would not increase its output of oil from its various fields, in order to maintain current price levels.  What do you think about that?  Does Anti-Trust Law application come to mind?  I think it is time to break up a number of these megalithic companies that have hijacked our Government officials.  Remember the issue with old MA Bell? MA Bell was monopolizing the telephone market. So, under our Anti- Trust Laws, it was broken up.  What did we get in return – competition.  The cost per minute went from dollars down to pennies.  In fact, the old MA Bell company would not hold a candle to its spinoffs companies, for size today.  Imagine what a megalithic company MA Bell would have become by today standards, without the Anti-Trust Laws.  Unfortunately, because Anti-Trust Laws have been deliberately ignored, we have companies like Exxon, Microsoft, Chase, Citi Bank, and so on, which have been allowed to grow unabated to the detriment of America as a whole.  Monopolies do not breed competition.  Oil is a great example of uncontrolled capitalism.

We are past due, to regulate the Oil Industry and to apply the Anti-Trust Laws to such giants as Exxon. The blantant greed of the few should not be tolerated, when such greed severely weakens America by its out-of-control captalistic self-righteousness.

No one has a right to, “Profits Over Patriotism”!!!  It is Treasonous for anyone to think their desire for wealth out weighs American security.

Where are our top three Presidential candidates on this issue?  All three have only given lip service to the current surge in gas and oil prices.  Make no mistake, all three are influenced by the needs of the oil industry over the needs of the American citizen.  Its time our elected officials represented us and not big business interests.

Now think about this eight year olds remaining life.  One of mental images that will never go away.  She will either cope with them, try to bury them, or become a victim inprisoned in her own mind.

The Supreme Court will decide this week whether, or not, this molester deserves the death penalty, when the victim is alive, not dead.  The Pros are obvious, the Cons not so.  The child is condemned to a life of fear and uncertainties.  The child could later become an abuser of some type herself, which has been documented many times.  Either way the victim will live out life permanently effected; however, she is still alive.

The Cons will argue that to spare this molester his life is to prevent a future murder of a child victim by another molester fearing for their life.  To a certain extent that can not be denied.  But, what about the detering factor of death being the penalty for commiting the molestation in the first place.  How many children will be spared from being victimized at all?

The Supreme Court will probably rule the death penalty out, instead recommending a life sentence.  What would you rule?  Please leave a comment on your point of view.

The Middle American Party is in favor of the death penalty, as long as the evidence is undeniable.  If that person did the act, then the punishment is justified.  If it is the collective wishes of society to protect itself by executing violent criminals, then the death penalty, based on undeniable evidence, should be allowed.

Undeniable evidence does not mean a conviction solely on the say so of the victim, but on solid substantiating evidence.  Evidence compiled, using our advanced forensics capabilities, has never been more reliable than it is today in assembling cases against a criminal.  With such volume of evidence, the death penalty can be applied without social remorse.

Again, the Supreme Court will likely not rule in favor of Louisiana’s defense of its use of the death penalty to punish this molester.  The molester will go to prison for life.  His life may be forfeited by going to prison anyway.  The odd code amongst hardened criminals in prison looks down on molesters. Prison justice may very well accomplish what the Supreme Court could not, or would not, allow.  If it happens, call it bad karma for the molester. Personally I will not shed a tear if that is the end result.

In conclusion, the Middle American Party supports a one-strike law against child molesters.  First offense, depending on the brutality of the assault, would be mandated chemical and physical castration, or the death penalty. The court would have only those two choices.  The intensity of the violence against the victim is the only deciding factor which of the two choices is appropriate.  If, after chemical and physical castration, the molester victimizes another child, and the evidence is undeniable, the punishment would be mandatory death penalty .  There should be no other options on the table for the molester.  Our Nations children are our future and our greatest asset.

In one moment we saw the true Obama, his disdain for the hard working Middle Class American.  Their values freedom of religion, right to bear arms, and their right to protect our citizenship by wanting Illegal Aliens treated as Illegals (not like victims).  These are American values, not narrow minded elitists values, which pertains only to personal gain.

To accomplish this, all Middle Class Americans have to keep this goal on their minds 365 days a year between major elections, not just during those elections.  The Two Party Status Quo counts on Americans being to absorbed by their everyday problems to overthrow them.  And they are right every time.  Collectively, all Middle Class Americans must get their act together to overthrow this system of two Party dominance.

Plenty of Americans believe elected offices should have term limits, but no thought is expressed about the ongoing control of our lives by only two political parties.  There is no buffering of these megalithic political powers. This power, left unabated for so long, has glued itself to Big Business in three ways: financially, ideologically, and socially to the detriment of all Middle Class Americans.  All three front (Obama, Hillary, and McCain) running candidates belong to this oligarchy.  They won’t change anything, unless it pleases the Party first, Big Business, and last America.

Many Americans are supporting Hillary and Obama on Universal Health Care (which will probably not happen); however, all prisoners are given free health care by virtue of their incarceration.  Including mass murderers.  Regardless of what some mis-informed Americans want to think, even the imprisoned terrorists receive free medical attention.

The aging prison population across this country will cost every honest hard working American.  Nationwide, the cost will be in the billions of dollars.  There will be enough money spent on life sentence violent criminals to take care of thousands of American children who can not receive badly needed medical care.  Where are our priorities?  Would you rather spend several million dollars on treating dozens of needy children in your area, or to house one unhealthy prisoner, who was given life for multiple killing (raping, torturing, eating victims) honest citizens, such as you.

This financial inequity is caused by a minority of Americans who are opposed to the death penalty for a violent criminal, with total disregard towards what form of mental and physical pain the victim was put through.  People should be responsible for their actions.  Maybe all the special interest anti-death penalty groups should foot the medical bills for these violent lifers.  Since it gives them peace of mind to keep a killer alive, they should pay for that peace of mind out of their mis-guided pockets.

Are you tired of seeing our tax dollars spent on negative things?  What benefit is there keeping a violent criminal alive?  A person that arbitrarily ended one or more peoples lives for selfish gains, or perverted pleasures. America has to look at the victims rights first, and what they endured and lost, then exact the level of punishment that meets the level of violence.

In Massachusetts a prisoner is litigating to obtain the right to have the State pay for a sex change.  He is defending his right to a sex change, because his imprisonment deprives him of his freedom to do so.  What rights did he deprive his victims of ?  Why should tax dollars be wasted on litigating this absurdity?

Free Dental care, Free Eye care, Free Cancer Treatments, Free whatever, you name it, all prisoners receive it and we pay for it.  I am tired of this.  If 40 plus million Americans can not afford medical insurance, why should they and the rest of America pay for violent criminals medical coverages?

Murderers should be denied everything, including their lives.  They killed another person.  Many times brutally, through torture, rape, sodomy, or any other means a distorted human mind can come up with.

The fact remains Americans are faced with an aging sick prison population in an economy that needs to put money into schools, hospitals, and other infrastructure areas.  Keeping a violent criminal alive for life, to avoid doing the right thing, executing him/her, is counter productive on so many levels.

One State, California, is now faced with a multi-billion dollar prison population problem.  A large part of this problem is medical care costs have risen sharply.  California, like most of the country, is faced with a (over nine billion dollar) shortfall in its budget.  That State is already making huge cuts in its educational budget to try and balance the books.  Meanwhile, the governor is trying to raise billions for the prison system.  Again much of this money is medical related, as well as, an over-population problem.  The trade off is education versus tending to the prison population.  Which is more important to you – violent criminal medical care, or education for your children?

With todays new forensic science, it is time to do a complete review of all prisoners that were convicted of murder.  If the new forensics proves false imprisonment, that person should be freed.  However, if the new forensic science reconfirms the guilt of the murder, then the death penalty should be carred out swiftly.  No more cowering to special interest groups that care more for the criminal than the victims involved.

Such a program will rid us of paying for murderers to live cost free, will free any falsely convicted citizen, and will deter future acts of murder through the regular use of the death penalty.  Some studies by universities, such as the University of Houston, have determined the regular use of the death penalty can prevent upwards of 70,000 additional murders nationally.  Eventually we will see billions of dollars saved, which will filter into vastly more productive areas of our society.

These companies made trillions of dollars during the housing boom.  Why are we bailing them out when they are now losing money?  Real Estate is not coming back to the levels of the unbroken 15 year housing boom!  All these companies and major investors stayed in the business, doing business as usual, in hopes of continuing with the billions of dollars in yearly profits.  If they managed their investments, they would have been less greedy and started to make the adjustments out of the high levels of risk, to more sustainable market levels of risk.  NO!  They made a business choice to go after the higher profits longer.  Now they expect to be bailed out by the very same taxpayers, which are holding the bag on the foreclosure end of their greed.

The Two Party Status Quo is corrupt.  Both sides of the leadership jumped at bailing out the megalithic companies and big time individual investors, while giving lip service to helping one million American homeowners that are in foreclosure.  And it is lip service.  If they can print up hundreds of billions of dollars for big financial business political supporters, then help the taxpayer, too.  Or, don’t help anybody.

American Tax Payers are not the Big Business Loss Insurance Company!!!

Giving aid to companies and individuals that made trillions of dollars, while lip servicing the rest of us is CORRUPTION!

Greed and Globilization has left us vulnerable to what other foreign markets might react to with our financial markets and the level of the dollar.  We are paying out taxpayer money to keep foreign investors afloat, and to stop the dollar from lowering farther.

I am tired of this America last, the Two Party Status Quo / megalithic company supporters first, attitude.  I am even more tired that they slap us all in the face by doing it with no worry that you and I are going to do anything about it.  And I am more upset, because the politicians and big business seem to be right about us.  We just keep taking it.

Wake up, our children are paying for these bailouts, not us.  In fact, American debt obligations are so critical, our great great great grand children will be paying for the corruption of government and big business actions taken today.

I would rather take the hit now, clean up the debt, then maybe our children won’t have to pay for our mistakes we made, by standing by, while corrupt government and big business walked all over us, the American (Parents and Grand Parents) Taxpayer.

Abandon the Two Party Status Quo and start being part of the solution, not the on going problem.  Go Independent.  Stop sending campaign contributions to the Republicans and Democrats, start supporting an Independant Party and their respective candidate.

The American Heritage Foundation did a economic report on Illegal Alien contributions to the economy. For every Illegal Alien dollar contributed, the cost to our infrastructure (social services, etc) was $2.78!! While you hire an undocumented worker to do your landscape, you are aiding and abetting a federal crime, as well as, contributing to the Federal deficit.

One special interest group claimed Illegal (Immigrants) Aliens contributed one trillion dollars to the economy. By AHF findings, that means Illegal Aliens took out of the economy $2,780,000,000,000.00. Also, the Government Accountability Office came out last Summer with a report concerning the negative effects that Amnesty would have on our Social Security Program. Upon approval of Amnesty our SSP would inherit $2.5 to 3.5 trillion deficit, which will be on top of the deficit now existing. Since the total Illegal Alien contribution is less than $240 billion, how is the additional shortfall going to be covered? Retired Comptroller, David Walker, reported on TV last month, that with current campaign promises, and Congress not doing anything different to cut expenditures, not only is the SSP in danger, but the Medicare program can not be maintained much longer, too. Amnesty would be fatal on the SSP.

Last year, because of our lack of processing Illegal Aliens, over 5,300 Americans were murdered due to their presence within the United States. Another several hundred thousand Americans were victims of other Illegal Alien documented crimes, and another estimated two million Americans suffered ID theft due to the Illegal Alien demand for such forged papers. It is interesting how much more we hear about our casualties in the Iraq War, but the war we are losing on the home front is costing far more American lives and casualties. (Over five years, the death of over four thousand US service people is a huge personal and emotional loss for those Fallen Heroes’ families.) So are the thousands of American Citizens who lost their lives on the home front. Over four times the death rate in one year due to the lack of enforcement of our Immigration Laws. Just so the Republicans and Democrats can pick up votes. And other Americans can save a buck.

So, while you rejoice in saving money on your lawn, or the addition on your house, or whatever, you are supporting through your misplaced (bogus) humanitarian excuse, massive personal and financial damage on millions of Americans. Pretty Selfish!!

What about the legitimate people, those potential Immigrants that can not get into our Country, because we are overwhelmed with Illegal Aliens? Basically, for every Illegal Alien tresspassing into our Country a actual Immigrant has been displaced. Reward the law breaker and punish the law biding Immigrant – that makes real sense.

Illegal Aliens have moved up to own businesses, take over jobs in the 50K+ per year bracket, and artificially lowered pay for other jobs. Many legitimate business owners were forced out of business by Illegal Alien Employers cheating the system. Landscapers and Gardeners in California were basically wiped out by Illegal Alien operations. When you don’t have to pay insurance, unemployment, and other associated costs, you can charge less, but the tax paying, honest, hard working, American Citizen business person was put out of business.

In short, Illegal Aliens being here is not a victimless crime. Many Americans are paying the bill by losing their lives, their possessions, and their IDs.

Of course, if you are one of those wealthier individuals, who hire Illegal Aliens regularly, you will continue to turn a blind eye and deaf ear to all the negatives you are promoting by being an Illegal Alien Employer yourself.

You will defend yourself by calling your fellow Americans who oppose your illegal actions – Racists. I for one would like to see those legitimate people waiting throughout the World be allowed to come into the United States. The real Immigrants can replace all the (Illegal Alien) criminals.

As far as moving millions of Illegals out of the Country, enforcing our laws against Illegal Alien Employers will do that through attrition. Already, States who have taken it upon themselves to enforce laws against Illegal Aliens have seen a significant reduction in Illegal Alien populations. And a corresponding significant reduction in all types of crimes.
